REFUND POLICY

 

 

At shop.drua.rugby, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are welcome to send it back for a refund (excluding delivery).

Here are our simple rules of return:

  • You have 15 days from day of receiving your order to return your item(s) back to our warehouse.
  • Items were not Final Sale at the time of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund for change of mind.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer store credits. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days from receipt of the goods.
